Buck, Migdal & Myers, is a general practice law firm, concentrating in real estate and general business matters. The firm and its predecessor firm have been in existence for over forty years. The present firm includes seven attorneys actively practicing in a variety of concentrations. Attorneys concentrate in areas of real estate, general business/corporate, admiralty law, estate planning, tax matters and civil litigation, a substantial portion being insurance defense/plaintiff work.

Attorneys in the firm are licensed to practice in Maryland, the District of Columbia and New York. The firm’s litigation practice encompasses cases in Circuit and District Courts of all counties in Maryland, the Superior Court for the District of Columbia, U.S. District Courts of Maryland and the District of Columbia and the Maryland Court of Appeals and Court of Special Appeals. Attorneys have also represented clients before the Maryland Health Claims Arbitration Office and various state and local administrative boards and agencies.
